Stephen Yorke

Stephen has been significant private investor in Prime London residential property since 1993. A qualified barrister Stephen worked in the City for Chase Manhattan and SBC Warburgs between 1992 and 1999. He was executive director of FX and Interest rate research and strategy when he left SBC Warburgs in 1999. Between 1999 and 2003 he founded and ran an FSA regulated business, WorldSport International Ltd. This was sold in 2003. Together with Douglas & Gordon, he founded D&G Asset Management LLP and D&G Investment Management Limited.

John Michael McKean, Director

Born in 1931, Mr McKean is an English solicitor. In 1986 he founded and, until October 1996, was the senior partner of Wedlake Bell McKean Solicitors, Guernsey, where he was responsible for the firm?s offshore trusts and companies comprising some 500 trusts and 600 companies incorporated in numerous jurisdictions. From 1955 until 1978 Mr McKean was at Shacklocks (solicitors) in Nottinghamshire becoming both Managing and Senior Partner. Between 1974 and 1978 Mr McKean was a part time tutor in real property at Nottingham University and subsequently was a major contributor to "Modern Conveyancing Precedents". He was a director of NM Rothschild & Sons C.I. Limited (1978 to 1980) and Solicitor to the Board of British Waterways (1980 to 1986). From 1986 to 1996 Mr McKean was the full-time managing director of Breams Trustees, a Guernsey based trust company responsible for the administration of a large number of trusts and companies.

Roger Phillips, Director

Mr Phillips has been involved with the offshore finance industry since 1981 and has specialised in offshore funds since 1986. He is a former Director of Royal Bank of Canada Offshore Fund Managers Limited which is the manager of its own stable of funds and a provider of third party fund administration services in Guernsey. He joined Kleinwort Benson in 2001 and in 2003 was appointed a Director of Kleinwort Benson (Guernsey) Trustees Limited, which acts as trustee to several regulated offshore funds, including property companies. During his time with Kleinwort Benson, Mr Phillips acted as Secretary to companies listed on the Dublin, Channel Islands and London Stock exchanges. Mr Phillips acted as permanent alternate to a Director of M&G (Guernsey) Limited, manager of the M&G Property Fund. Mr Phillips holds a number of directorships on investment companies and is now an independent non-executive director and consultant. He is a member of the Guernsey Investment Fund Association.
